More times than not, people dread real estate agents.  It’s something we deal with every day.  Agents are too expensive, lazy, don’t care about you only about the commission, arrogant and conceited, etc.  If you are one of the few who do not feel that way, we thank you.  If you are part of the majority that does feel this way, here’s the deal:  In every industry and in every occupation, there are sub standard performers.  They are all around us.  You work with some of them every day, don’t you?  At best, five to ten percent of all professionals are truly outstanding, truly care and truly deliver what they say.  The challenge that great Realtors have is that if we come upon a buyer or seller that has unfortunately used a bad agent in the past, we must overcome the objections of why use a Realtor at all?
